Coral Bay

Coral Bay

Coral Bay is situated 1132kms north of Perth, 153 kms south of Exmouth and 227 north west of Carnarvon. Coral Bay is the southern gateway to the Ningaloo Marine Park. What started off in the late 1960’s as a quiet ‘hideaway’ has over the last 40 years become one of Western Australia’s most popular tourist destinations.

Coral Bay is home to a diverse variety of marine wildlife including humpback whales, dugongs, manta rays, turtles and dolphins. To take in the wonder of these aquatic wonders there are several boat operators that conduct tours from Coral Bay.

A variety of accommodation is available at Coral Bay, ranging from unpowered tent sites to self contained units and motel accommodation. ( Book early as it gets pretty hectic at times !). One things for sure that no matter where you stay in Coral Bay, you wont have far to go to the beaches.
